The hotel was nice size, and the meals were fantastic, I enjoyed the particularly good location not far from the train stop, a glacier, and the forest of clean fresh air. The breakfast was tasty, with a wide array of food.

The atmosphere created was family. We got stunning and comfortable family room with a large balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was tasty and satisfactory with view on mont blanc, the best we had in Chamonix.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite rude.

Our location was super in a beautiful area. Moreover, it was very close to all the relevant ski slopes, and taxi to Chamonix. The family room was gorgeous and fantastic. The breakfast offered was good with view on mont blanc.

The staff were amicable and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The hotel was in a tranquil location right by Mont Blanc, the restaurant, and the slopes. my favorite hotel in chamonix, the staff was amazingly great. comfy place, efficient rooms, top location. i slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. there was lots of options for breakfast, including fresh bread, pastries, cakes, sausages and cheese, i loved it. excellent service everywhere too. excellent drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.
